About this list
Sometimes you're just fed up. Somebody cut you off, ghosted you, overcharged you, stole your parking spot, never paid you back, or simply went too far. You can't say it out loud, you shouldn't say it to their face, and your friends have already heard it twice. So it sits in your head: a mental shitlist, getting longer every day.
And sometimes you just want the world to know that so-and-so is an asshole.
Well, today we woke up and chose violence (the paper kind: pen, pushpin, cork). We decided to act and build this place so anyone can say it out loud, move their mental shitlist onto a proper medium, pin it on the board, and let the others know they went too far.
And hey, if Donnie can have a public shitlist, why can't we? Here's his.
House rules
This is a public forum. Anyone can read what you post, copy it, screenshot it and share it. Please act like it.
- Be respectful. Complain about what someone did, not about what you imagine they are. Stick to your own experience and honest opinion.
- No defamation. Don't state as fact what you can't back up, and don't accuse anyone of crimes. Opinions and real experiences are welcome; lies are not.
- No degrading content. No hate, slurs, harassment or threats, and no attacks on anyone for who they are: race, gender, religion, sexuality, disability, origin or age.
- Absolutely no adult material. No revenge porn, no nudity, no sexual content, no gore, in text or in photos. No exceptions.
- Keep private people private. No addresses, phone numbers, workplaces or documents of private individuals, and no photos of minors. No doxxing.
- You are responsible for your acts. You are the author of everything you post and answer for it, legally included.
- We can remove anything. We may delete any entry or block any account, at any time and without notice.

Privacy
We store your email address and a hashed password. Each entry is saved together with the IP address it was posted from, to prevent abuse and to meet legal obligations. That address is never shown publicly. It is erased after 12 months, and shared only if the law requires it or to defend against a legal claim.
Delist requests keep the details you type in the form (name, email, message) and the IP address they came from, until they are handled and at most 12 months.
